Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern the use of loyalty101 ("the service", "we", "us"), a platform that lets a venue run a loyalty programme on cards that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. They are an agreement between us and the venue that runs a programme here. By setting up a venue, signing in to the dashboard or letting your staff record visits, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service is run by Turmets. We are not operating through a registered company at the moment; when that changes, its details will appear here. Questions: turmetsmakoev25@gmail.com.

Guests do not sign anything to hold a card. What applies to them is in the section for guests below and in our Privacy Policy.

What the service does

We issue a wallet card for each of your guests, keep their balance, update the card on their phone when the balance changes, give your staff a way to record visits, show you a dashboard of what is happening, and deliver the messages you choose to send. Features change as the product develops: we add things, we improve things, and occasionally we withdraw something that is not working. We will not remove something you depend on without telling you first.

Your account and your staff

Owners and managers sign in with a link sent to an email address. That link is the key to your dashboard, so keep the mailbox secure and do not forward the link to anyone you would not give the dashboard to.

You decide which staff members may record visits, and you are responsible for what they do with that access — including stamps recorded by mistake. When someone leaves, tell us to remove them; until then their access stands.

Keep the details you give us accurate: the venue name and the texts you write for your guests are what they read on the card and in the bot.

The programme is yours

You decide the mechanics — how many stamps, how many points, what the reward is — and you describe them to your guests. We provide the tools; the promise is yours.

This matters most at the counter: the reward is owed by you, not by us. If a guest fills a card, it is your obligation to honour what you advertised. If you change the programme, changing it for cards already in circulation is your decision and your responsibility towards those guests.

A balance is not money

The number on a card is a record of a guest's standing in your programme. It is not money, not electronic money, not a payment instrument and not a claim against us. We never hold funds and we do not process payments between you and your guests.

This applies in particular if your programme is a prepaid one, where a guest buys a package up front and spends it on visits. In that case the guest pays you, the service is owed by you, and what we do is keep the count. If your venue stops trading with balances outstanding, settling with those guests is a matter between you and them.

Your guests' data

For the data of the guests in your programme, you are the controller and we act on your instructions. You are responsible for collecting it lawfully, for telling your guests what you do with it, and for having a lawful basis for any marketing you send. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it on your behalf.

Do not upload guest data you obtained elsewhere without a basis for using it here, and do not use the dashboard to look for anything other than what running your own programme requires.

Your brand and your content

You keep everything you upload — your name, your logo, your card artwork, the texts your guests read. By uploading it you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to display it where the programme needs it: on the wallet card, on the page where guests join, on the counter poster and in the messages you send.

We may remove content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights or misrepresents what a guest is getting.

Messages you send

When you send a campaign, you are the sender and the content is yours. Send only what your guests agreed to receive, keep it relevant to the programme they joined, and follow the rules of the channel it goes through — a Telegram bot lives or dies by Telegram's terms, and a bot reported as spam can be restricted by Telegram in ways we cannot undo.

WhatsApp works differently from your bot. Guests reach it through one number that loyalty101 shares among all the venues here, and your venue's name appears inside the messages. A guest receives your news on WhatsApp only after saying yes to your venue's question, and a guest who sends STOP gets no more news on WhatsApp from any venue, though we still answer what the guest writes to us. Because the number is shared, unwanted messages from one venue can get it restricted by Meta for every venue, so Meta's WhatsApp Business policies apply to what your venue sends there as much as these terms do.

We apply a minimum interval between campaigns of the same kind, which we can adjust for your venue on request. We may stop a campaign that breaches these terms or endangers the bot, and we will tell you why.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, to reach data belonging to another venue, to bypass the rate limits, to automate the interface in ways it was not built for, or to use the service for anything unlawful. Do not resell access without agreeing it with us first.

Things outside our control

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are run by Apple and Google. They set the rules for passes, review the accounts that issue them, and can change how cards behave on a phone. We keep our side working, but we cannot guarantee what those platforms do, and the same goes for Telegram and WhatsApp as messaging channels.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and we watch it, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may take the service down briefly for maintenance or a release.

Fees

Any fee for the service is agreed with you separately and in writing. Nothing on this page creates an obligation to pay by itself, and we will not start charging a venue without agreeing it first.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service at any time — tell us and we will switch the venue off.

We may suspend a venue that breaches these terms, that endangers the service or other venues, or that has not paid an agreed fee. Where the circumstances allow, we warn you first. A suspended venue goes quiet: the bot stops answering, the page where guests join stops working, campaigns stop, and no new card can be issued — a guest who deletes their card while the venue is suspended cannot add it back until the venue returns. Cards already in guests' wallets are frozen rather than deleted, so that nothing is lost if the venue comes back.

When a programme ends for good, you can ask for an export of your programme's data, and we delete it within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

What stays ours

The platform, its software, its design and the loyalty101 name remain ours. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you, and nothing here grants you a licence to copy it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost custom, lost goodwill — arising from the use of the service, nor for rewards you owe your guests, nor for what Apple, Google, Telegram or Meta do on their side.

Where a fee has been agreed, our total liability over any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and a consumer's statutory rights are unaffected.

For guests holding a card

The card is free, and there is no app of ours to install — it lives in the wallet your phone already has, though joining through a venue's bot needs Telegram, getting it through WhatsApp needs WhatsApp, and saving the card on Android goes through Google Wallet. The stamps, points and rewards on it come from the venue that issued it, and the venue is who honours them — if a reward is refused or a programme changes, the conversation is with the venue.

A stamp exists once it is recorded at the counter. If a visit was never recorded, we have no way to prove it happened and cannot add it retroactively; ask the venue.

You can remove the card from your wallet at any time, and you can ask the venue or us to delete your membership entirely — see the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes go to the courts of Belgrade — unless mandatory law in the country where you live or trade gives you a different forum, in which case that applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for a significant change we tell the venues before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
